All families are invited to submit a Pre-Enrolment form today.

Students currently residing in the school enrolment zone have the right to a place at our school. Students living outside of the school enrolment zone will be offered a place subject to capacity in accordance with the DET Placement Policy.

 

Prep 2023

Prep Enrolments will be confirmed and families notified early in Term 3.

 

All families interested in joining our community including those not currently living in our school zone are encouraged to submit a pre-enrolment form at the soonest time enrolment subject to availability.

International Students

Our school is accredited and accepts international students from all over the world as part of our commitment to fostering globally-minded citizens. Families interested in studying at Albanvale PS through the international student's program are encouraged to apply through the DET VISIT Website which can be accessed here.

Our School Zone

Our school zone is available on findmyschool.vic.gov.au which hosts the most up-to-date information about Victorian school zones. Students residing in this zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined on the basis of your permanent residential address.
The Department provides guidance through the Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and the freedom to choose other schools, subject to facility limitations.

How to Apply

Families can apply for enrolment in 3 ways:

1. Visit our front office through the main gate on Dover Street, Albanvale

2. Call us on 03 9367 2197

3. Download and complete the pre-enrolment form and email it to: albanvale.ps@education.vic.gov.au

Parent Contributions

Schools provide students with free instruction to fulfill the standard Victorian Curriculum. Nevertheless, the ongoing support of our families ensures that our school can offer the best possible education, support, and enrichment for our students.

This includes individual access to a fully equipped and service laptop for each student, and subscriptions to high quality learning programs including Mathletics, Rediwriter, Reading Eggs and SoftLink ebooks.

Students in grades 3-6 can also opt-in to our take-home laptop program providing each student with their own, fully loaded laptop to take home each night, weekend, and across school holidays providing them with limitless opportunities to learn and grow.
